Scott Cox has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career in 1992 as a Regional Promotion Coordinator and Special Event Specialist at LEGO Group. Scott then became a District Manager, responsible for key accounts such as Shopko, Kohl's, Sears, and more. In 2000, Scott became a Business Development Manager at LEGO Group, generating over $6 MM in incremental sales in the first year. Scott later worked at Mega Brands as a Business Development Manager, focusing on developing channel strategies and managing manufacturer reps. Scott then joined Publications International as a Senior Key Account Manager and later as Director of National Accounts, managing major accounts such as Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us. In 2012, they established their own company, MSC Residential Home Management Company. Currently, Scott is the Director of National Accounts at Phoenix International Publications, Inc., where they manage accounts such as Kohl's, Buy Buy Baby, and Bed Bath & Beyond, and is also responsible for opening and growing new business.

Scott Cox attended DePaul University from 1989 to 1991 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Management. Additionally, during the same period, Scott earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Marketing from DePaul University.
