Andrew Rangel is an experienced professional in guest services and marketing, currently serving as a Zoom Crew Staff member at Phoenix Raceway since June 2022, where responsibilities include event setup, public education, and promotion of the venue. In addition, Rangel has served as a Lead Guest Experience Specialist for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club since July 2021, focusing on enhancing guest experience, facilitating inter-department communication, and overseeing technical and customer service operations during games. Previous experience includes a seasonal role as a Promotions Assistant at Camelback Ranch-Glendale and a Marketing Student Worker position at Grand Canyon Education, Inc., where contributions included video production and event support. Rangel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Digital Film from Grand Canyon University.
