Blaine Batson

Blaine Batson currently serves as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker at Phoenix Learning & Care Group, a position held since June 2021, following prior experience in children's residential support. From September 2018 to June 2021, Blaine worked at Tessuti as a Supervisor after initially joining the company as a Sales Assistant. Blaine’s career began at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council in a sports development role from September 2014 to September 2018. Educational qualifications include a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care from Training Service Wales (June 2022 - July 2023), a Postgraduate Degree in Public Health from the University of South Wales (2018 - 2019), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health and Wellbeing from the University of South Wales (2015 - 2018).
