Currently serving as Area Operations Manager and Registered Manager at Phoenix Learning & Care Group since November 2019, Danielle oversees operations for adults. Previous roles include Support Worker at Newcross Healthcare Solutions and Registered Manager at Potens_UK, where Danielle managed a bespoke service for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. With a solid foundation in children's residential services as Acting Deputy Manager and Senior Support Worker at The Regard Group, Danielle’s career started after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dance from the University of Winchester in 2005.
