Olivia James has over 15 years of experience in the field of care and support services. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Phoenix Learning & Care Group since January 2018, Olivia has also held the positions of Business Coordinator and Senior Residential Support Worker. Prior to this, Olivia worked at The National Autistic Society from April 2008 to January 2018, where roles included Registered Manager, Team Leader for Surrey Community Services, Outreach Coordinator, Activities Program Coordinator, and Support Worker. Key responsibilities included managing remote teams, coordinating outreach services, overseeing daily operations of day services, communicating with families and professionals, and supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in accessing the community.
