James Irwin

James Irwin has held a variety of executive and leadership roles in the finance, healthcare, and cannabis industries since 1995. In 2021, they were engaged by an institutional family office investor to incubate and lead a clean-slate brand re-launch of a plant-based international pharmaceutical cannabinoid enterprise as the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Member of the Board. James has also held roles as the Strategic Advisor for Tres Hijos Cannabis Consulting, Chief Executive Officer of Fragment Pharma, Inc., Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal of Trinity 341, LLC and Trinity Farming & Manufacturing, President & CEO of Metis Commercial Finance, Senior Vice President - Head of Healthcare Finance at BofI Federal Bank, President & CEO of MC Healthcare Finance, LLC, Founder, Managing Principal of Helios Group International, LLC, and President & CEO of Meridian Commercial Healthcare Finance. Additionally, they held the role of Vice President - Regional Manager, Institutional Taxable Fixed Income Sales & Trading at J.C. Bradford & Co.

James Irwin obtained a Masters Business Administration in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. James also holds a Project Management Certificate from San Diego Continuing Education, which they obtained in April 2020.
