Florian Buchtmann began their work experience in 2010 as a Business Marketing Intern at Telefónica Germany. Florian then moved on to DailyDeal GmbH in 2013 as an Online Marketing Intern. In 2012, they worked as a Student Assistant Brandmanagement at Melitta, and also served as a Consumer & Trade Marketing Intern for a brief period. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an E-Commerce-Manager at Hultafors Group Germany GmbH. Following that, they joined ROSE Systemtechnik GmbH in 2017 as an Online Marketing Manager until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as the Head of Online Marketing at Pfleiderer Deutschland. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Marketing Europe at Phoenix Mecano since 2024.
Florian Buchtmann holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Management with a specialization in Marketing from Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes Bielefeld. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing-Management, allgemein from the same institution. Florian has also obtained various certifications, including an Ausbilderschein from IHK Ostwestfalen zu Bielefeld, an Online Marketing Manager certification (95%) from IHK-Bildungszentrum Dresden gGmbH, and qualifications in Online Marketing from Google Zukunftswerkstatt. Florian has also participated in the Parlamentarischen Patenschaft-Programm (PPP) facilitated by Experiment e.V.
