Barry Loder has extensive work experience in the field of IT and technology, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Barry started their career at L Rowland & Co (Wholesale) Ltd., where they worked as a Technical Assistant and supported the development and maintenance of computer systems. Barry played a key role in projects such as opening a second distribution center and implementing automated picking equipment.
Barry then joined PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Ltd. as a Systems Coordinator. Barry was responsible for the development and support of computer systems at a regional pharmaceutical wholesaler. During this time, they successfully replaced non-compliant computer systems at newly acquired distribution centers.
Later, Barry was promoted to the position of IT Manager at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Ltd. Barry managed the technology direction and strategy, process improvement, and team management. Barry Loder has a strong educational background in information systems and engineering. Barry obtained an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Chester in 2004 and a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering and Computing from The University of Sheffield from 1991 to 1994.
