Chelsea Ball

Chelsea Ball has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with various roles at Capita where they gained knowledge in customer service, team management, and handling complaints. Chelsea then worked as a Customer Service Advisor at PJ Produce LTD, where they managed orders, handled complaints, and inputted orders into the system. Since 2020, Chelsea has been working at Rowlands Pharmacy, MediPAC, where they are currently an ODS Supervisor responsible for dispatching medications and ensuring high quality products reach patients safely. Chelsea also has experience as a Central Pharmacy Operative in the same company. Most recently, Chelsea joined PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd in 2022 as a Quality and Clinical Governance Lead.

Chelsea Ball studied Law at St. Chads Catholic High School & Sixth Form College, where they completed their A levels.
