Carl D'Acosta is an experienced professional in environmental and safety management, currently serving as the Environmental & Safety Program Administrator at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority since September 2017. Prior to this role, D'Acosta worked at Maricopa County in various capacities, including Stormwater Quality Program Manager, Environmental Health Supervisor, and Plan Review and Construction Specialist from May 2009 to September 2017. D'Acosta holds multiple degrees, including a B.S. in Biology from Arizona State University, an M.S. in Science Leadership with a focus on Disaster Preparedness & Crisis Management from Grand Canyon University, and a Certified Public Manager credential in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
