Steve Potts

Steve Potts is an accomplished executive in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at SLAM BioTherapeutics since January 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Founder in Medical Affairs & Disease Awareness at Lighthouse by Celerity Biosciences. Potts has extensive experience in medical affairs, clinical trial awareness, and targeted therapies in oncology, underscored by a successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of OncoMyx Therapeutics. Additional roles include board member for Phoenix Molecular Designs and Axolotl Biologix, and Chair of the Drug Development Council at the International Cancer Advocacy Network. An educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of California, Davis, complemented by a B.S. in Physics from Wheaton College.
