Chao Xue

With more than 10 years of engineering and product management experience, Mr. Xue joined Phoenix in September 2021 as VP of Operations. Previously, Chao was VP of Product Management at Hyzon Motors and NPI and R&D Programs Manager at Gillig LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Xue was at BYD America and held various senior roles, including Project Manager, Operations Manager and ultimately Head of PMO. He began his career as a Process Engineer as Xunlight Corporation. He earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
