Luis Enrique Pompa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Luis Enrique started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at uteri in 2012, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they joined RBC Bearings in 2014 and held various positions, including Process Engineer and Manufacturing Manager, until 2020. During their time at RBC Bearings, they gained expertise in surface treatment, nondestructive testing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations. In 2020, Luis joined the Texas Army National Guard as an Officer. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Project Engineer at RBC Bearings, where they were responsible for managing manufacturing projects. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Phoenix National Laboratories, Inc. as a Nondestructive Testing Specialist.
Luis Enrique Pompa obtained a Technical Certification in NDI/NDT from the American Institute of Non-Destructive Testing in the years 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley between 2012 and 2014. Luis Enrique also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their educational achievements, Luis Enrique Pompa has obtained several certifications, including "New Manager Foundations," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," and "Time Management for Managers," all from LinkedIn in April 2020. Luis Enrique also received the NDT NAS 410 certification from RBC Bearings in August 2017.
