J.V. Emmanuel A. De Dios

Atty. J.V. Emmanuel A. De Dios was elected Director of the Company on February 15, 2007 and regular director on March 7, 2008. He is the CEO of GE Philippines, and prior to that was President and CEO of Nido Petroleum Pty Ltd., an Australian Stock Exchange-listed oil and gas company. He was Managing Director of Merritt Advisory Partners, Inc. and was a member of the Board of Directors of Davies Energy Systems, Inc. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Philippine National Oil Company Exploration Corporation and was former Undersecretary of the Philippine Department of Energy. Atty. De Dios obtained his Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School and completed his Bachelor of Laws at the Ateneo School of Law.
