Jonathan Manglicmot

Jonathan Manglicmot has extensive work experience in the field of rewards and benefits, payroll management, and general office administration. Jonathan started their career in 2011 as a General Office Clerk at DESMARK CORPORATION, where they were responsible for submitting sales reports, processing warranty claims, and monitoring stock inventory. In 2015, they joined Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant, assisting the Payroll Specialist in preparing payroll and managing timekeeping for agency-based employees. Jonathan then transitioned to the role of Rewards and Benefits Specialist, where they managed government premium and loan payments using various systems and facilitated the annual government certificate of compliance for business permit renewal. In 2019, Jonathan became a Payroll Specialist, overseeing all payroll matters, ensuring accuracy of time and attendance records, and maintaining payroll records. Jonathan is currently a Senior Rewards & Benefits Specialist at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc., where they oversee mandated benefits, handles government clearances for business permit renewal, and reviews government loan applications.
