Kate Beltran-Dacumos began their work experience in 2009 as an Escalations Consultant for Sutherland Global Services. In this role, they provided help desk support and technical assistance for financial accounts. In 2011, they started working at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. as an Aviation Stock Clerk, where they were responsible for fuel inventory reports and documentation of aviation operations. Kate then progressed to the role of Customer Service Professional, acting as the company's gatekeeper of information and providing prompt resolution to customer needs. Later, they became a Commercial Account Manager, responsible for key account management and achieving market share and profitability targets. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Commercial Account Manager at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc.
