Kate Beltran- Dacumos

Kate Beltran-Dacumos began their work experience in 2009 as an Escalations Consultant for Sutherland Global Services. In this role, they provided help desk support and technical assistance for financial accounts. In 2011, they started working at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. as an Aviation Stock Clerk, where they were responsible for fuel inventory reports and documentation of aviation operations. Kate then progressed to the role of Customer Service Professional, acting as the company's gatekeeper of information and providing prompt resolution to customer needs. Later, they became a Commercial Account Manager, responsible for key account management and achieving market share and profitability targets. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Commercial Account Manager at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc.

Kate Beltran-Dacumos attended the University of the Immaculate Conception from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degree, Kate has acquired various certifications over the years. These include Technical Services Training and Wet Stock Management from Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. in 2018, Confidence Building and Corporate Branding from TalkShop Consultancy in 2015, Achieving Excellent Customer Satisfaction from Trust Management Centre in 2014, Aviation Fuel Handling from Cebu Pacific Air in 2013, and Embracing Change from Guthrie-Jensen Consultants in 2013. Kate also earned another Aviation Fuel Handling certification from Cebu Pacific Air in 2012.
