Paulette Aya Narciso

Paulette Aya Narciso has a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent role was as a Corporate Communications Officer at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions within the company, including Corporate Communications Specialist from March 2017 to February 2023, Corporate Communications Assistant from February 2016 to March 2017, and Customer Service Professional 1 from December 2013 to January 2016. In these roles, they were responsible for handling business partner orders and requests, managing the sales order process, and documenting all contacts and cases within the CRM.

Before joining Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc., Paulette worked as an Administrative Aide I at the National Youth Commission from July 2012 to June 2013. In this role, they provided services to clients, managed databases and files, and performed administrative duties.

Paulette Aya Narciso has a strong education history with a focus on public administration and international relations. Paulette Aya began their academic journey at Assumption College of Davao, where they completed their high school education from 2004 to 2008.

Paulette Aya then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Ateneo de Davao University from 2008 to 2012, further deepening their understanding of global issues and diplomatic relations. Following this, they continued their education and obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Studies at the University of Southeastern Philippines from 2013 to 2016. This program equipped their with the necessary knowledge and skills in public administration, particularly in managing and improving organizations.

Throughout their educational journey, Paulette Aya Narciso also sought additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. in March 2022, a Grammar Review and Business Writing certification from Inquirer Academy in July 2018, and a Social Media Strategic Planning and Workshop certification from Enderun Colleges in October 2017, among others.
