Rose Anne Valdez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and healthcare. Rose Anne began their career as a Project Nurse at D. M. Consunji, Inc. from June 2009 to July 2012, where they handled various tasks such as filing employee claims, patient assessment, and assisting in minor surgery. Rose Anne then transitioned to the role of a Company Nurse at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. from September 2012 to February 2015, where they were responsible for the health, safety, and environment of employees, providing first aid treatment and assisting them until they were fit to work or referred to hospital care.

After that, Rose Anne Valdez took on the role of a Recruitment Specialist at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. from March 2015 to December 2018. In this position, they were involved in hiring and recruitment processes, including conducting screenings and interviews, creating recruitment marketing activities, and processing employment documents.

Rose Anne then progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later a Talent Acquisition Lead/Human Resource Business Partner at the same company from January 2019 to February 2022.
