Head Of IT Mergers & Acquisitions at Phoenix Pharma

Antimo Giulio D'Amato has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Antimo Giulio began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Consultant from April 1999 to January 2004. Antimo Giulio then joined COMIFAR SERVICE S.P.A. as the Head of IT Project Management from January 2004 to January 2013. Since February 2013, they have been with PHOENIX group, starting as the WAN Transformation Manager until December 2015. Antimo Giulio then held various roles, including Program Manager ERP Evaluation from April 2018 to November 2018, Program Manager P-ONE Landscape preparation from November 2018 to September 2019, and Head of CIO Office from February 2013 to November 2019. Antimo Giulio was also the P-ONE Transformation Manager from December 2019 to June 2021 and the Head of IT Integration from July 2021 to August 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Head of IT Mergers & Acquisitions at PHOENIX group.

Antimo Giulio D'Amato has a diverse education history. In 1990, they began pursuing a degree in Ingegneria Elettronica at Sapienza Università di Roma, which they successfully completed in 1999. Following this, in 2022, they attended the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) and obtained certification as a Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist (CPMI) with a focus on Merger & Acquisition and Post Merger Integration.

In addition to their degrees, D'Amato has also acquired two additional certifications. In May 2008, they obtained the COBIT v.4.1 Foundation certification from ISACA, ITGI. Then, in October 2007, they achieved the ITIL v.3 Foundation certification from Exin.
