Rima Kavaliauskaite

Rima Kavaliauskaite is an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager at PHOENIX Business Services since June 2021, overseeing a team of 24 members and focusing on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Previously, Rima held various roles at Cognizant from October 2015 to May 2021, including Senior Purchase to Pay Consultant, where responsibilities involved managing key relationships with clients across multiple markets and improving accounts payable processes. Rima began the career as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant and progressed through various roles, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams, develop effective finance strategies, and implement automation initiatives. Rima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Klaipeda University and furthered education in Norwegian language and societal studies at the University of Stavanger.
