Vladimir Janjic

Vladimir Janjic is an experienced professional in service delivery and IT management, currently serving as Team Lead ECC SAP Service Delivery and Service Delivery Manager for Applications at PHOENIX group since June 2018, overseeing operations and improvements for Oracle JD Edwards ERP. Prior to PHOENIX, Vladimir worked at NCR Corporation from September 2013 to June 2018 as Service Design Manager, enhancing incident management processes while leading a team of 10 consultants. At Atos, from July 2011 to September 2013, Vladimir held roles including Service Delivery Manager and IT Procurement Manager for the CEE and N&SWE regions, managing significant teams and overseeing procurement strategies across 16 European countries. Vladimir's earlier experience includes significant positions at Siemens and Hewlett-Packard, with responsibilities in procurement and network solution architecture. Vladimir holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
