Charles Miiller

Charles Miiller has extensive experience in law enforcement, serving as the Assistant Chief of Police and Chief of the Special Operations & Applied Sciences Division at the Phoenix Police Department since May 1991. Prior to this role, Charles served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from January 1987 to January 1995 with Company D, 6th Engineering Support Battalion, 4th Force Service Support Group. Charles Miiller holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ottawa University, a Certified Public Manager designation from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ottawa University.
