Randi Horning

Randi Horning, SHRM-CP, is a corporate HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Phoenix Power Group since October 2024, Randi previously held similar positions at MMS Group, where responsibilities included managing the employee life cycle and enhancing employee relations in affordable housing.
