Timothy Gindville, MBA, has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Timothy currently holds the position of VP of Global Supply Chain at Phoenix Lighting since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cree Lighting, where they served as the Global Commodity Manager - Lighting from May 2017 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing highly technical commodities, collaborating with various departments, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, at Cree Lighting, Timothy also held the position of Senior Buyer - Buyer III - Metals from June 2014 to May 2017, focusing on new product introduction and managing supplier relationships. Timothy began their career at Target as an Executive Team Leader-Logistics/Guest Experience from July 2012 to June 2014.

Timothy Gindville, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Supply Chain Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2012. Timothy also obtained another BBA degree in Economics - Business/International from the same university. In 2019, Timothy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, they obtained a CPIM certification from APICS in January 2019.
