Alisdair Lee is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in real estate and private equity. Currently serving as an Investment Manager at Phoenix Property Investors since June 2020, Alisdair focuses on APAC real estate debt and equity investments. Prior experience includes a role as a Private Equity Associate at Oriental Patron from June 2017 to June 2020, specializing in private equity and mezzanine debt investments. Alisdair began a career in equity research with positions at Haitong International Securities Group Limited and Ji Asia/Societe Generale, where insights were concentrated on the Hong Kong and Taiwan industrial sectors. Alisdair holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from HKUST Business School and graduated from Diocesan Boys' School.

Phoenix Property Investors (“Phoenix”) is a privately owned and managed private equity real estate investment group with a fully integrated real estate investment, project and asset management platform in Asia. Phoenix was founded in 2002 by Samuel W. T. Chu and Benjamin K. Y. Lee.
