Neil Graham

Neil Graham is the Director of Coaching/Operations at Phoenix Rising Football Club, where Neil oversees all youth soccer branches and manages the operations of the club. Additionally, Neil serves as the Recreational Program Director of Coaching for the Recreational Program. Neil is also the Head Soccer Coach at Rancho Solano Preparatory School and has experience in HR, coach recruitment, and staffing/scheduling from their time at UK International Soccer, Britannia Soccer USA, and Anders Elite. Prior to their coaching and HR roles, Neil worked as a recruitment consultant at Anders Elite and as a Cultural Ambassador at The Walt Disney Company. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
