Neena Barreto

Neena Barreto is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational consulting. Currently serving as an Elementary Educator at Phoenix-Talent Schools since June 2025, Neena also operates as the Founder and Educational Consultant for Inner Flourishing since April 2021. Previously, Neena was an Elementary School Teacher at Medford School District and a Program Facilitator at Mindful Schools, where significant contributions included developing K-5 curriculum and leading programs to enhance mindfulness in education. Neena's career began at Bentley School as an Americorps Intern, followed by a long tenure at New Haven Unified School District, specializing in fourth grade. Neena holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Saint Mary's College of California and a Multiple Subject CLAD teaching credential from California State University - East Bay.
