Katie McFadzen

Katie McFadzen is a seasoned theatre professional with extensive experience in acting, directing, and education. Currently serving as a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law since August 2016, McFadzen co-instructs a Persuasive Speech course for law students. As an actor and director with The Phoenix Theatre Company since January 2002, notable performances include roles in productions such as "No Evidence of Disease" and "Mamma Mia!" McFadzen also directs multiple works for The Festival of New American Theatre. With experience as an Associate Artist at Childsplay, Inc. since September 1993, McFadzen has contributed significantly to the theatre community. Additional directing work with Stray Cat Theatre includes productions like "POTUS" and performances in various acclaimed shows. McFadzen holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre for Young Audiences from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
