Marisa Butler

Marisa Butler is the Director of Development at The Phoenix Theatre Company. Marisa has also worked as a Co-Manager at Victoria's Secret.

Butler has consistently led other stores in the district in conversion and retention goals by 12%. Marisa has also presented on weekly calls to regional and district management on statistics, key metrics, and competencies relevant to store performance.

In addition, Butler served on a selected team for the brand’s expansion by managing two store openings and one store closing, receiving accreditation from the district office in the role of Operations Leader, which included orchestrating merchandise delivery and set up, walk-throughs and check points with contractors and testing of POS, phone, internet, and security systems.

Marisa Butler completed a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Performance from Northern Arizona University. Marisa has also completed a certification from Lead for Good in the Leadership Success Institute.
