Sarah Cullen

As Senior Director of Human Resources for Europe, Sarah Cullen oversees talent acquisition, training, engagement, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and employment law compliance across all markets within Europe. In addition to the full life cycle with HR, Ms. Cullen supports the Global Wings initiatives and partners with the local communities to uphold the core company values.

Prior to joining PTI, Ms. Cullen had extensive experience providing guidance and support within startup organizations in the IT security and software industries, building employer brands, and enabling organizations to scale while creating their people strategy. Ms. Cullen is a commercially focused HR professional with a keen passion for marrying business objectives to people strategy to enable high-performing teams. She brings experience across all functional areas of Human Resources, with specialization in team building, performance coaching, employee development & engagement, and employment law compliance.

Sarah Cullen qualified with a BHons in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
