Eric Kemp

Eric Kemp has a diverse work experience in the education field. Eric started their career as a Social Studies Teacher and Coach at Harford County Public Schools in 1994. In 1996, they joined Tempe Union High School District, where they worked as a High School Teacher and Coach until 2007. Since then, they have been associated with Phoenix Union High School District. Eric held various roles in the district, including Dean of Students, Assistant Principal of Student Opportunities, Assistant Principal of Instruction & Registration, Assistant Principal of Registration, and currently serving as the Principal.

Eric Kemp has a Bachelor of Science degree in History & Social Sciences from Towson University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1993. Eric also holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction from Arizona State University. In addition, they completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University from 2016 to 2020.
