Michael Gard, Ed.D. has extensive work experience in the education field. Michael began their career in 2006 with the Phoenix Union High School District, where they held various roles including High School Science Teacher, Engineering Teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal of Instruction, and Assistant Principal of Registration. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Talent Director at the same district. In 2013, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Grand Canyon University.
