Tamara Webb has over 35 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Tamara started their career in 1983 as an Operations Engineer at Marathon Oil Corporation, where they designed and implemented twelve completions on a new platform and a waterflood facility. Tamara then moved to Amoco in 1996 as a Chief Completions Engineer, where they implemented fracpacking to increase completion efficiency from 57% to 91%. In 1999, they joined BP as a Lead Completions Engineer, where they designed and executed seven subsea completions from the dual activity drillship Enterprise. Tamara then moved to Murphy Oil in 2003 as an Operations Engineering Manager, where they led an organization through a merger of deepwater and shallow water groups. In 2011, they joined Shell as a Completion Technology Manager, Well Operations Manager, and Well Design and Integrity Manager. In 2018, they joined Packers Plus Energy Services Inc. as a Senior Business Development Manager, and in 2019, they co-founded and became the CEO of Phoenix Waste Solutions.
Tamara Webb has a Bachelor's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Montana Technological University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech-College of Technology.
