Sara Donnelly

Sara Donnelly is a highly experienced professional in research planning and business development, currently serving as the Director at PhoenixBio since February 2021, after holding positions as Manager and Senior Representative in the same domain. Prior to this, Sara held the role of Senior Program Manager at The New York Academy of Sciences, supervising impactful symposia across various therapeutic areas and fostering collaborations with biopharmaceutical companies and academic institutions. Sara's earlier career includes a position as Program Manager in Life Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completing a postdoctoral fellowship there. An accomplished academic, Sara earned a PhD in Cell Biology and Biochemistry from UCL and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from University College Cork, while also engaging in leadership as Co-Chair of the Einstein Postdoctoral Association.
