Paul Molloy

Paul Molloy has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Paul started their career at O'Leary Insurances Ltd as a Commercial Account Handler from January 2012 to February 2015. Paul then moved on to Morgan McKinley, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from February 2015 to May 2017. After that, they joined Taurus Search as the Head of Advisory & Consulting Recruitment from May 2017 to January 2023. Currently, Paul is the Managing Director of Phoenix - Your Professional Search Partner, where they focus on various sectors and leadership positions in the banking/financial services, pharma, medtech, legal, and professional services industries.

Paul Molloy completed a Professional Diploma in Insurance CIP (Level 7) from University College Dublin in the field of study at The Insurance Institute of Ireland from 2013-2016. Paul also received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained a Qualified Financial Advisor qualification from IOB and completed a Professional Certificate in Insurance (APA) from University College Dublin in the field of study at The Insurance Institute of Ireland.
