Alexandra Garland has extensive experience in the finance and loan trading sectors, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Loan Trading & Transaction Management at PHOENIX since September 2019, after progressing through various roles including Senior Associate and Associate. Prior experience includes positions at P2Binvestor Inc. as an Underwriter and Credit Analyst, as well as a project management role at Fellows Investments Inc. Earlier career roles include Underwriting Analyst and Screening Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust and various internships at Specialized Loan Servicing, where Alexandra developed a strong foundation in document analysis, loan portfolio management, and legal documentation. Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
