Darleen Cole is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality control, business ownership, and asset management. Currently serving as a Quality Control Reverification Specialist at PHOENIX since October 2020, Darleen previously owned and operated Essence Of Movement from July 2015 to August 2020, where effective business strategies and operational enhancements were developed. Prior to this, ownership of Essence Massage Therapy allowed for the provision of various therapeutic massage sessions, while experience as a Financial Aid Officer at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado resulted in an 80% improvement in funding acquisition.
