Lena Kyman is the Manager of Commercial Enablement at Phonak, where Lena works with various teams to ensure the latest training methodologies are integrated into customer journeys. Prior to this role, Lena served as an Audiologist at ENT & Audiology Associates, providing clinical diagnostics and treatment. Additionally, Lena has experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Shaw University, where Lena revamped the audiology curriculum and created new courses. Lena holds a Doctorate of Audiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona.
