Cathy Jones

Cathy Jones has extensive experience in the hearing industry. Cathy started their career in 1987 as the Managing Director at Starkey Hearing Technologies in California. In 1996, they joined Phonak as the Director of Customer Relations and Education, and later became the President and CEO of Phonak USA. Cathy then served as the Director of Corporate Relations at Phonak and the Executive Director of Hear the World US. Cathy retired from Phonak in January 2019.
