Luca Mastroberardino

Luca Mastroberardino has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Phonak since November 2008, where Sonova AG oversees various hearing aid brands and other healthcare products. Prior to this, Luca held the position of Business Unit Director at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals AG Switzerland from October 2006 to October 2008 and served as Marketing Manager at Pfizer from November 1998 to September 2006. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Zurich (1989-1998) and completion of the Senior Leadership Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at INSEAD in 2017.
