Blake Adams currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for Sonova Group, overseeing the Mountain States region for both Phonak and Unitron. In this role, Blake leads a team comprising seven Phonak Account Managers, two Clinical Trainers, and a Key Account Manager, along with a Unitron Regional Sales Manager. Since April 2019, Blake has also held the position of Regional Sales Director for Phonak, consistently demonstrating strong leadership skills and achieving recognition as the #1 Key Account Manager for 2023/2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Practice Development Manager/Sales Consultant for Consult YHN, a Sales Consultant with CareFusion, and a Territory Manager at ConMed Electrosurgery. Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the SMU Cox School of Business.
