JP Wells

JP Wells is the current CEO at Phone Animal. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst at Upland Software from July 2018 to February 2019. Upland Software is an acquisitive growth platform company focused on enterprise SaaS software. Before that, they were the Regional Sales Manager at Oracle from July 2013 to December 2017. JP was responsible for the development of the sales team, sales forecasting, delivering on sales goals, pipeline generation and management, account planning, deal negotiation, etc. In their time at Oracle, they grew territory in 5 out of 6 quarters as a regional manager in an overall declining hardware business. JP also created and led weekly sales contests to incentivize the sales team resulting in an average increase of 7 client-meetings per week. Prior to their work at Oracle, JP Wells was a Financial Analyst Intern at VitalPet from May 2012 to August 2012 and a Human Resources Intern at Houston Astros from May 2011 to August 2011.

JP Wells has a Master of Business Administration from the Acton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
