Tim Heyl

Tim Heyl has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Tim is currently the Founder and CEO of Homeward, a company they established in 2018. Prior to that, Heyl founded The Heyl Group in 2009, a successful real estate brokerage known for its efficient agent-teams and numerous accolades. In 2015, they also founded Phone Animal, a company that connects home sellers and buyers with real estate, mortgage, and insurance specialists. Phone Animal was recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Inc 5000 in 2020. Heyl's entrepreneurial ventures also include founding Mint Title, a title agency that focused on streamlining the real estate transaction process, which was sold in 2018.

Tim Heyl attended the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2005 to 2009. Tim completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate.
