Aniket Baheti

Aniket Baheti is an experienced professional in the fields of consumer payments and clean energy. Currently serving as the Head of Merchant Experience at PhonePe since May 2020, Aniket leads strategic initiatives for enhancing the merchant journey for 35 million users. Previously, as the Head of Support Strategy for Consumer Payments at PhonePe, Aniket was recognized with the Cx Gamechanger Award by Freshworks in 2021 for achieving significant efficiencies. Prior to PhonePe, Aniket founded and served as CEO of Peacock Solar, focusing on increasing access to clean energy for 50 million households in India. Aniket also held roles at Sangam Ventures as an Entrepreneur In Residence, Amazon as a BOLD Manager in Operations, MITCON Consultancy as Chief Consultant, and Deloitte Consulting as a Business Analyst. Aniket holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
