Anita Kumari is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in tech recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior TA Partner at PhonePe since June 2022, Anita leads recruitment for diverse business units, focusing on hiring Software Engineers with 3 to 10 years of experience. Previously, Anita held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition at MishiPay and spent four years at Anzy Global, progressing from TA-Associate Manager to TA-Associate Director, where recruitment efforts were concentrated on premium institutes and fast-growing product companies.
