Nilay Patel has over a decade of experience in the technology sector. In 2012, they became the CEO of Netlink Voice, a Mississippi-based communications company headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi. At Netlink Voice, they provided unified business communications solutions enabled by VoIP technology and fiber optic connectivity. In 2011, they became the Managing Member of Wave2Lan Systems, a company that offered residential and commercial internet connectivity utilizing fixed wireless broadband technology. In 2008, they became the CEO of AccuVoc Communications, a Mississippi-based VoIP communications provider with a focus on the Lodging industry. In 2005, they founded and became the CEO of NetLink SolutionZ, an Innovative Technology Solutions provider serving the Southeast US. Most recently, they became the CEO of Phonesuite in 2022.

Nilay Patel attended Mississippi State University, where they earned a degree in Computer Science with a focus in Technology.
