Emma Redmond

Emma Redmond has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Emma is currently working as the HR Director at PhoneWatch since March 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Facebook from May 2016 to September 2018. Emma also worked at BNY Mellon, where they held various roles including Client Lead HR Business Partner, HR Country Manager Ireland (maternity cover), and HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2016. Before joining BNY Mellon, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Alfred McAlpine from October 2006 to May 2008. Emma began their HR career at Bank of Ireland as an HR Consultant from April 2003 to October 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Marrakech and as a Recruitment Administrator at Skillsbase International.

Emma Redmond attended the National College of Ireland from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and HRM.
