Vincent Walsh is a seasoned customer operations leader with extensive experience in managing phone-based customer-facing departments. Currently serving as Customer Operations Director at PhoneWatch since March 2014, Vincent is responsible for strategy definition and overseeing all customer service areas, ensuring world-class service levels. Prior to PhoneWatch, Vincent held multiple leadership roles at eircom from February 1997 to December 2013, including Head of Consumer Call Centres and Head of Front Office, Consumer & Small Business Customer Management, managing diverse teams and various customer service channels. Vincent holds a Leaving Certificate from Tallaght Community School and furthered education at Griffith College Dublin.
