Ranier Kim

Director, Customer Operations at FleetUp

Ranier is a seasoned sales and operations professional bringing over 15 years of experience in the retail, product, SaaS, and IoT industries. He was also one of FleetUp’s first employees. Starting as a senior sales engineer, he spearheaded the opening of FleetUp’s first regional office in the Los Angeles area, growing the team to over 20 employees. As a FleetUp veteran, he has held several positions, becoming a regional sales manager, enterprise business manager, product manager, and more recently FleetUp’s director of customer operations. His years running through the ranks have given him a bird’s-eye-view of FleetUp’s industry, product, and customer base.
