Luca Sangiuliano

Luca Sangiuliano is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering, specializing in vibro-acoustics. Currently serving as Product & Technology Manager and R&D Manager at Phononic Vibes since January 2022, Luca's research focuses on locally resonant metamaterials for vibro-acoustic applications within the IMALIGHT project. Previously, Luca held roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Researcher at KU Leuven from September 2015 to December 2021, where involvement included the EMVeM project as a former ESR Marie Curie Fellow. Additional experience includes a Graduate Engineer Trainee position at Autoneum Holding AG, where responsibilities included the characterization and optimization of vehicle insulators, and teaching mechanics as a Professor at ITIS Galilei High School. Luca's educational background includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven and a Master's degree from Sapienza Università di Roma, among other academic qualifications.
